Welcome to RomWala (operated by RomWala Ecom, having its principal place of business in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, India). By accessing or using our eCommerce store (https://ecom.romwala.com) or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. User Eligibility & Account Responsibility

Use of this website is restricted to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 (18 years of age or older, or accessing under direct parent/guardian supervision). Customers must provide accurate, verifiable names, active phone numbers, and delivery addresses during checkout.

2. Products, Catalog & Pricing

RomWala offers a curated marketplace of mobile phones, certified tested refurbished devices, charging accessories, apparel & fashion, cosmetics, jewellery, and electronics. All product prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹ - INR) and are inclusive of GST. While we strive for absolute accuracy, in the rare event of an inadvertent typographical or system pricing error, RomWala reserves the right to decline or cancel the affected order with a 100% full refund to the customer.

3. Certified Refurbished Products Policy

Pre-owned and refurbished smartphones listed on RomWala undergo a strict multi-point technical inspection covering display, camera, sensors, speakers, and battery health. Each device is verified for authentic components and includes official RomWala replacement warranty coverage as detailed on the invoice.

4. Payment Methods & Razorpay Integration Terms

We support multiple payment channels for customer convenience:

• Digital Online Payments: Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), Debit Cards, Netbanking (50+ Indian banks), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), and digital wallets powered by Razorpay.
• Razorpay Partner Terms: By transacting online, you agree to comply with Razorpay Software Private Limited's terms and security protocols. RomWala does not record or store your card numbers or UPI PINs.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for eligible pincodes across India. Cash payment is collected at the doorstep by the courier delivery agent.

5. Order Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms:

• Orders can be cancelled free of charge anytime prior to dispatch.
• Customers enjoy a 7-day return and replacement window from confirmed delivery date for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
• For online payments, refunds are initiated upon verification and credited back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business working days in compliance with Razorpay guidelines.

6. Shipping & Doorstep Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours via Delhivery Logistics or national courier partners, with typical delivery within 3 to 7 working days. Complete tracking details are sent via SMS, WhatsApp, and email.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All brand names, logos, graphics, interface designs, content, and code on ecom.romwala.com are the exclusive intellectual property of RomWala Ecom. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, RomWala Ecom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The total aggregate liability of RomWala Ecom for any claim arising out of a purchase shall not exceed the total price paid by the customer for the specific product in question.

9. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the Laws of India. Any dispute, claim, controversy, or legal proceeding arising out of or related to this platform or products purchased shall be subject to the exclusive legal jurisdiction of the competent Courts situated in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, India.
